The sky is your limit.Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.25/hour USDJob DescriptionReporting to the Director of Spa, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Maintaining important Spa standards and culture.Training all Massage therapists.Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging servicePerform massage while maintaining the clients comfort at all timesPerform 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minute massages as requiredEnsure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectationMaintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working orderActively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail salesAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience as a Massage Therapist requiredCertification from an accredited school of Massage requiredPrevious Training experience required.All professional licenses are to be currentCPR and First Aid certification preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
