Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Registration Assistant for
full-time entry-level work.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for medical calls, including mental
health and crisis intervention calls
Follow established protocols and procedures when speaking with
patients and documenting calls
Obtain accurate demographic and health information and register it
into software programs for follow-up by clinicians
Required Qualifications:
Minimum education level of a High School Diploma
Previous experience in customer service and/or a call center
environment
Previous working experience with computers and software
programs
Ability to handle upset patients and de-escalate situations
Must be able to complete a clear background and drug screening
