Job Description:
A company is looking for a Family Medicine ProFee Coder in a
remote location in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Select and sequence diagnostic and procedural codes for specific
patient types
Review and analyze facility records to ensure accurate coding
Abstract clinical data from records to support diagnoses and
procedures
Required Qualifications:
Active AHIMA or AAPC credential
Two years of recent coding experience
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology,
pharmacology, and coding guidelines
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
