The DELTA team member serves as a "leader-coach-player" for new Landmark market employees to provide on the job training, as well as takes a role in supporting mature markets.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.**Objective:**The DELTA APP is an integral member of the DELTA team and provides services to both new and mature markets. Daily activities can vary week by week based on company needs. These activities include, but are not limited to the following:+ Onboarding providers+ Assist with market engagement+ Support interdisciplinary care team (IDT) operations and weekly IDT meetings+ In office and field shadowing/ride-alongs+ On-call coverage+ Primary call to support market operations+ Support Landmark's 24/7 call center for coverage when needed+ Participate in interview process for new candidates+ Meet and Greets+ Emotional support to and relationship development / mentoring of new providers+ Standardization and Best PracticesThe DELTA APP will work closely with the other members of the DELTA team and the Education and Learning Operations teams. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
