A company is looking for a Growth Manager (Creator
Campaigns).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute public fundraising campaigns and manage the full
lifecycle of partnership campaigns
Develop compelling content for strategic distribution across
various channels and manage content execution
Initiate marketing experiments to accelerate growth and measure
campaign performance against clear KPIs
Qualifications
3-5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields such as
product management, data analytics, or program management
Strong, succinct communication skills, including writing and
presentation creation
Analytical problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to
ambiguous challenges
Alignment with organizational values and competencies, including
emotional intelligence and project management
Strong project management skills to manage multiple workstreams
effectively
