Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive new
user acquisition and optimize marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new depositors through paid media, measuring and optimizing
performance
Execute and manage a paid media testing roadmap, focusing on Paid
Social
Run experiments on ads and landing pages, owning the results and
impact
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing,
primarily in paid channels
Demonstrated mastery of prompt engineering and use of Gen-AI
tools
Experience in planning, launching, and analyzing experiments across
paid ads
Ability to build or edit landing pages in a modern CMS
Familiarity with Looker or similar BI platforms
