Account Management Director

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Management Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a team of Account Managers to drive renewals, up-selling, cross-selling, and revenue growth
Uncover strategic business development opportunities, create project approaches, and plan project staffing
Mitigate account attrition, identify at-risk accounts, and develop strategies for account retention

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing sales teams
Proven experience achieving $50M+ ARR within existing customers
Ability to control and negotiate Enterprise deals $5M+ ACV
A track record of building relationships with MidMarket and Enterprise Accounts at the C-Level
Proficiency in CRM, preferably SFDC
