Job Description:

A company is looking for an Automation Manager to strategize, build, and optimize automation campaigns for a digital marketing student experience team.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate omni-channel assets for automation campaigns
Plan, build, and test goal-driven automations using engagement and behavioral data
Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for future automations

Required Qualifications:

BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or Analytics
5+ years of campaign management experience
1-2 years' experience with Salesforce automation and troubleshooting
2+ years' Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey automation experience
Proven experience in audience segmentation and A/B or multivariate testing
