Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Proposal Coordinator/Manager to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of RFI/RFP/RFQ proposal response development
Build compliance matrix and ensure a compliant proposal product
Lead proposal responses, facilitate meetings, and track proposal progress

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 8-10 years of proposal development/coordination/management experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team
Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management
