Job Description:

A company is looking for a Human Capital Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and implement best practices in assessment, evaluation, and organizational development
Maximize organizational effectiveness by applying human capital expertise to competency modeling
Develop communication plans and materials to convey content and solutions to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field
3 to 10 years of experience in human capital functions
Strong data analysis skills
Experience with leading and facilitating focus groups, making presentations, and working with senior leadership teams
Active CBP BI Clearance, or Top Secret or higher security clearance
