Autonomy Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead highly technical, executive level cross-functional programs within the company for driverless vehicles
Partner with critical engineering teams to align multiple groups and teams towards unified goals and drive progress towards meeting company objectives
Lead intra and inter-department cross-functional dependencies and relationships

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field
7+ years of technical industry experience, including as a TPM or equivalent technical leader
Proficient with Agile methodologies and JIRA based program management tools and standard methodologies
Experience leading critical initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations
Self-motivation and passion to lead end to end programs and encourage standard methodologies
