Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with
business objectives, product roadmaps, and market trends
Drive demand generation initiatives, including inbound and outbound
marketing, digital platforms, social media, content marketing,
SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and lead generation
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry
trends, and competitive insights, then translating those findings
into actionable strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is
a plus
Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing roles, with a
minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity in the B2B industry
Exceptional strategic thinking, team leadership, and project
management skills
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and
CRM systems
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to
decision-making
