Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Compliance
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all payroll tax activities and ensure compliance with
local, state, and federal regulations
Manage payroll related functions including tax activities, employee
inquiries, and benefit deductions
Develop strategies for long and short-term improvements in payroll
processes and systems
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated knowledge of US payroll tax laws and compliance
requirements
Experience with HR management systems and ADP systems preferred
Willingness to work overseas and consider long-term assignments
