As a Refinery Water Account Manager, you are responsible for:

• Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
• Partnering with sales and engineering representatives to deliver technical presentations to customers
• Providing account management to understand customer needs, requirements and potential sales opportunities and managing account budget P&L
• Identifying and coordinating numerous projects of varying complexity to bring value to our customers
• Monitoring and maintaining existing programs for customers to provide reporting on performance of applications
• Collaborating with team members to drive technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers

  To be successful in this role you will:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in refinery operations or sales or industrial process, water, with a strategic focus on water treatment
  • Solid understanding of industrial chemical treatment and the sales process
  • Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience working in a laboratory setting
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditions
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences

        The salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $151,940.00 USD if employed in California.
        
        Pay scale for CA is effective January 1, 2023
