At Surfline Wavetrak, we recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, gender identity, gender expression, age, veteran status, and any other protected status. -Summary:The Product Marketing Manager will help Surfline grow and develop our new eCommerce business (the Surfline shop). They will be responsible for developing and executing the strategies and campaigns that help us meet our revenue goals, and play a crucial role in establishing Surfline as a leader in eCommerce. This person will also support a new line of business in the wave parks and progression space, helping to drive the launch of several new experiences and products. We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketer to become the champion of the Surfline shop and our new progression products within the marketing organization. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing. Under Surfline's "Work from Anywhere" policy, this position may be performed on a full-time remote basis from a variety of locations in the US, or from the Huntington Beach, CA headquarters.What You'll Do:

  • Develop and own the execution of the Surfline shop headline calendar, working -closely with product, content, design, and other cross-functional teams to come up with new and creative ideas.
  • Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue for the Surfline shop.
  • Oversee the production of all shop campaign material including on-product, social, and advertising assets.
  • Develop and own the execution of the wave parks and progression go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitive research efforts for the Surfline shop and progression experiences, build user understanding and empathy, and provide the voice of customer insights to drive marketing and communications.
  • Establish a culture of planning, execution, and accountability against business goals across marketing, and collaborate with team members to optimize performance.
  • Partner with product to maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on consumer and industry trends, and making recommendations for changes to our own strategies.What We're Looking For:
    • 3-5 years of eCommerce experience and/or Consumer Marketing experience
    • Experience maintaining a detailed campaign roadmap to coordinate launches across marketing, product, content, and external agencies.
    • Experience with cross-functional leadership of marketing channel managers and creative teams on campaign planning and execution.
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Ability to use data to inform new tests and opportunities.
    • Strong communication skills and a track record of being able to motivate cross-functional teams around a shared goal.
    • Demonstrated can-do attitude, comfortable getting into the weeds and owning unfamiliar tasks as needed.
    • Strong understanding of surfing and surf culture.You May Also Have:
      • Experience working in editing platforms like Canva and Figma.
      • Experience writing customer-facing copy and content.
      • Experience with SEO.
      • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce or Shopify.Compensation and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $130,000. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Surfline's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
