Job Summary
RUME is dedicated to providing accessible testing and wellness programs for all. We offer point-of-care
testing, vaccinations, and urgent care services at a price that patients can afford. -Our goal is to provide Healthcare and testing for everyone.

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Director to ensure the efficient operation of our healthcare functions. They will work with other teams, including administrators and nursing supervisors, to accomplish goals that promote high-quality patient care.

A Medical Director's responsibilities include implementing laws and regulations in their facility or department, monitoring budgets of all medical staff to ensure they stay within prescribed limits. They also help improve communication between doctors' offices/hospitals with patients by developing strategies that will lead them through processes more efficiently.

Ultimately, you will work with other medical staff and oversee all processes of our operations to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Supervising and providing overall guidance to the Medical Providers, and Clinic Support Staff
• Development and implementation of general telehealth programs in primary care, urgent care, sexual health, men's and women's health, mental health, heart health, and diabetes care
• Development and implementation of telehealth programs in Long Term Care facilities and the aging/elderly population
• Development and implementation of telehealth and on-site provider programs in K-12 school environments
• Evaluate, manage and monitor the performance of Medical Staff
• Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships
• Development of the telehealth operations
• Recruit and manage physicians, nurses, paramedics and other medical and non-medical staff
• Examining and coordinating the facility's activities to guarantee medical quality
• Assisting with training, continuing education and promotion of subordinate staff
  Required Skills/Abilities
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with proven ability to communicate a vision and drive results
  • Substantial leadership experience, with 8+ years at a leadership level
  • A drive to make an impact on the company and customers as we scale
  • Strong business and technical acumen, and executive presence, combined with deep analytical and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented individual with a history of setting and attaining goals and meeting aggressive timelines.
  • Confident, capable, and enthusiastic self-starter with minimal need for direction.
    Education and Experience
    • A medical degree with a Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
    • Telehealth experience preferred
    • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in clinical operations
      Physical Requirements
      • Typically, in an office setting where the employee will be required to sit, stand, bend, twist, reach, type, and speak consistently -
