Manage full cycle recruitment of all level positions including
posting open positions, pre-screening candidates, scheduling
interviews, facilitating offer letters, and administering
pre-employment screening processes.--- Manage new hire and
termination processes including conducting new hire orientations
and exit interviews. Ensures completion of new hire and exit
paperwork and disseminates appropriate information to Payroll,
Benefits, and IT. Submit weekly timecards of temporary workers to
partnering agencies.--- Perform administrative work, data entry,
employee status changes and maintain HR data in Adient Aerospace's
ADP Workforce Now HRIS platform.--- Coordinate Annual Performance
Management process. Communicate and advise supervisors and managers
on process and ensure timely completion of full annual cycle. ---
Interpret company policies, coaches, and counsels' employees as
required to ensure clear communication and a thorough understanding
of the company's corrective action policies and procedures.--- In
partnership with the Human Resources Director, investigate
problems, such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and
unemployment insurance claims. Provide guidance and recommendations
for problem resolution to departmental management.--- Field day to
day Human Resources questions, respond to a wide range of employee
questions and provide policy and procedure guidance.--- Assist with
the preparation of benefits enrollment, provide support to
employees utilizing the benefits enrollment portal.--- Coordinate
the enrollment and scheduling of all training for employees,
maintain tracking and ensure compliance. --- Provide various
tracking and reporting as requested by the HR Director--- Perform
other related duties as required
