technology.JOB OVERVIEWThe Associate Manager, Brand will play an
instrumental role in setting the brand strategy and developing
marketing plans for all marketing campaigns and initiatives. This
individual will provide strategic thinking and drive key planning
and marketing activation across a variety of channels and
initiatives.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with Senior Manager,
Brand to manage / execute brand marketing effortsOversee all
marketing creative and communication to ensure consistency and
alignment with the brand strategy / visionOversee integrated
marketing processes with the team and cross-functional partners
from concept, launch, iteration, and optimizationCollaborate with
Senior Manager, Brand to ensure campaign planning process is
adhered throughout all phasesCollaborate with cross functional
teams to build strategic, full-funnel marketing campaigns that
build brand love with new and existing customers alikePitch new
ways to launch and activate marketing campaigns as well as connect
with and expand the reach of the brandManage external agencies,
through communication plans, briefs, message strategy, and
frameworks to guide differentiated storytelling and
executionManage, track, and de-brief campaigns, content, and
partnership performanceTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills &
Abilities)Proficient Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel,
PowerPoint, Word)Ability to design, develop and implement
full-funnel, strategic marketing plansAbility to lead
cross-functional teams through influence and form collaborative,
cross-functional relationshipsAbility to work well under pressure
and in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environmentStrong
verbal and written communication skillsStrong creative and
strategic thinking skillsetEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5 years'
