Marketing Manger role with an innovative bio-tech and climate tech
company that is disrupting the status quo and on a mission to

generations to come. Why this role? (Overview) We're looking for a
results and detail-oriented, getter done, culturally-savvy,
self-starter to join a team of purpose- driven marketers as both a
B2B and B2C Marketing Manager. As part of the team, you'll help
define our brand and product marketing strategies, as well as work
collaboratively to drive their flawless executions.
You will be responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns are "of
culture", are set up to deliver against our goals, and will be
executed with excellence in concert with the broader brand,
digital, creative and product marketing teams. This role will drive
campaign and product launches throughout the customer and consumer
journey as a means of driving awareness and
adoption of our products and brand. As a naturally curious person,
you'll stay abreast of market, consumer, customer and competitive
landscapes to provide data-driven insights, inform strategies, and
continuously educate the marketing team on relevant information
that can help us stay ahead of the curve in driving business KPIs
and brand growth. As a key member of the marketing team, you will

(Responsibilities)
- Partner with and support brand marketing, product marketing and
communications on holistic, multi-channel /multi-experience
marketing strategies that best deliver core brand messaging
throughout a customer's journey
- Lead influencer marketing strategy, execution and
follow-through, as well as leverage influencers as a catalyst to
cultivating a passionate community of advocates.
- Ensure flawless execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy
utilizing marketing technology that powers both traditional and
digital strategies, including but not limited to events, trade
shows, print, email, SEO, analytics, tag management, and marketing
automation.
- Lead flawless execution of product/feature launches and related
enablement campaigns across cross-functional teams spanning
Product, Marketing, Support, Sales etc
- Maintain annual marketing calendars tracking all Brand,
Partnership, Media, Trade, PR, Event and Influencer campaigns,
promotions, and activations
- Manage and ensure ongoing communication of strategies, campaign
objectives, timelines, and deliverables with internal,
cross-functional partners and external agency and vendor
partners
- Develop and orchestrate compelling product-centric campaigns
for prospective and existing customers including emails, blog
posts, webinars, product videos, sales sheets as needed.
- Drive the management of scaled education programs, critical to
building brand leadership, adoption and ongoing value based on
objectives-based outcomes.
- Support brand and product marketing by helping to establish a
continuous feedback loop (inclusive of market trends, customer
needs, data insights, and competitive factors) to influence the
marketing roadmap and iterate accordingly
- Maintain directory of communications and sales support
materials ensuring all resources are accurate and current while
coordinating development of new material as needed
- Create marketing and communications presentations as needed
Manage agencies and workflow including creative and PR,
- Support comms leader in managing interviews and activations
with major publications
- Manage photo / video shoots for ad/social campaigns
- Lead insights testing both quant / qual from ideation through
to commercialization of new products, positioning and
messaging
- Partner with the social media manager to develop content and
brand messaging
- Create and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities Why

- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 4+ years of experience with both B2C and B2B (brand and
product) Marketing
- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with
product, sales, customer success and other departments
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication
skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills with
ability to dynamically prioritize.
- Agile and adaptable - someone who thrives in marketing that
blends creativity with hard data to deliver results
- Professional and proactive work ethic - a positive

- Excellent organization, communication, and project management

- Background and experience in digital marketing a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic
