SUMMARY:
Boardriders is looking for Customer Acquisition manager to join our Americas Digital team. Part of the Digital Factory team, you will focus primarily on Lead acquisition by implementing, maintaining and optimizing email collection initiatives. This role reports to the Regional Digital Factory Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owner of email acquisition initiatives and new traffic opportunities to acquire new customersWork with Brand marketing teams to set-up email acquisition programs. Coordinate email acquisition program execution with all department involved, such as IT, legal, marketing, web design, retail and digital teams. - Work closely with paid specialists to build out optimized cost per lead campaigns.Work closely with CRM team to identify email journeys to turn leads into new customers.Work closely with analytics team to monitor results and focus acquisition on profitable leads. Provide analysis of current campaigns to the wider team on performance as well as recommendations for improvement.Using analytics platforms such as GA, Adobe Analytics and Facebook analytics to make optimization recommendations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Experience in e-commerce & digital marketing environment.Proven working experience as a lead acquisition manager or similar positionProficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and OmnitureVery strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skillsExcellent project management skills and ability to align efforts across multiple departmentsProficient in Microsoft Excel & WordStrong presentation skills, including oral, written, and graphical experience with reporting

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Experience with Tableau and Adobe Campaign is a plus
