Boardriders is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer including: Minorities/Women/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans SUMMARY: The Director, Americas Digital Marketing is responsible for the digital strategy of Quiksilver's Brand including brand digital growth, brand voice, digitally driven branded partnerships and the brand voice to fans and consumers. Critical is the leadership in the growth of the loyalty & segmentation and implementation of testing and ultimate strategic shifts as digital landscape evolves. This position reports to the VP of Marketing.   • Quiksilver digital strategy and execution of all social & website platforms
  • Strategy shifts as digital landscape evolves including: loyalty, segmentation, content, influencer
  • Digital partnerships: Influencers/agents/Boardrider's Digital Factory
  • Closely aligned with the Digital Factory - integrating the work of the digital factory to the work of Quiksilver
  • Drive demand of eComm business through targeted eComm marketing EDM, Web imagery, social media, merchant-based approach with analytics
  • Create excitement around Quiksilver brand by appropriate application of imagery and the voice that matches our brand book and brand promise
  • Brief creative team for delivery of content appropriate to the major campaign product stories and marketing initiatives
  • Social media platforms globally - coordinate, consolidate, build, grow, post, monitor
  • Digital / Social paid advertising including paid influencers (America's and globally as necessary)
  • Campaign launch planning and execution on digital/social platforms globally
  • Initiate Influencer marketing program globally, build platform, strategy, and execution of influencer marketing program
  • Integration of consumer generated content where appropriate to build loyalty and excitement around products/brand
  • Build database and loyalty program
  • CRM Program integration
  • Larger scale social media campaign initiatives to build brand popularity and loyalty
  • Studio based photoshoots for eComm imagery
  • Web analytics & Social Media listening
  • ROI on digital marketing campaigns
  • Market Research through influencer and social media listening program
  • Speed of culture approach to social media and digital marketing REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
    • Significant experience running eComm and social media campaigns for a high sku count apparel business. Must understand and be able to create the authentic voice of the brand online
    • 5+ years brand marketing experience
    • 5+ years digital social marketing experience
