The--Nurse Manager of Infusion Home Health will provide successful leadership for the program and strong understanding of Joint commission and federal/state regulations. The Nurse Manager of Home Health Infusion will be knowledgeable of Federal Conditions of Participation, state licensing regulations and accreditation standards and will be able to interpret regulations for clinical staff to insure patient advocacy, informed decision making and compliance with policies and regulations.The--Nurse Manager of Infusion Home Health will coach and mentor, budget, and make financial decisions/recommendations to the Nurse Director of Home Health Care Service Program. The--Nurse Manager of Infusion Home Health--will manage and coordinate the day to day operations of the infusion home health interdisciplinary team to ensure quality and appropriateness of care and availability of services with appropriate staffing. The Home Health Infusion Manager facilitates and oversees quality initiatives and program implementation--while ensuring that services are provided in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization and conforms to all appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies.The ideal candidate for Nurse Manager of Infusion Home Health should have--OASIS, basic coding, and evidence-based care standards knowledge. The Nurse Manager of Infusion Home Health should have 4 years of experience in home health, home infusion pharmacy or post-acute services management with at least two years supervisor or management experience in either acute care, home infusion or home health. The Nurse Manager of Infusion Home Health should have knowledge of Medicare Home Health--and ideally--PHN certification.
