ISMA Department supports customer focused mission modeling and
simulation activities for all customer areas at Raytheon. Our teams
develop, analyze, and create flexible integration solutions
crossing all product areas such as sensors, effectors, command and
control, logistics, and operations. They develop tools and methods
to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and
visualizations based on customer requirements. The department has a

the needs of today’s workforce. What You Will Do Contribute to
system modeling and data analysis activities for the purpose of
supporting new business, system design and performance, kill chain
architectures, and wargaming advanced concepts. Contribute and
collaborate in a team environment, receiving input from the
program, external customers, or team experts, and work on projects,
as you determine, develop, and implement analytic approaches that
will generate the supporting data to inform programmatic decisions.
Provide support to simulation, modeling and analysis activities
throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in the development
and implementation of model-based solutions to support mission
trade studies using mission and engagement level simulations to
ensure they meet defined requirements and performance.
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's of
Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless
prohibited by local laws/regulations. Experience with Scripting
languages Python, Shell or Perl Experience with modeling and
simulation physical systems. The ability to obtain and maintain a
US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is
required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Master’s degree in science,
Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Knowledge of the
system engineering life-cycle model Experience in the areas of data
analysis and statistics, especially dealing with large volumes of
data. Experience in the following areas: Software development
processes and object-oriented design using C/C++ Numerical
computing environments such as MATLAB RF or Radar concepts and
applications Signal Processing Electronic Warfare concepts and

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated
Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of
Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
