Job Description Job Description 1st shift Quality Control Inspector Description Establishing quality standards for various products Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment Using gadgets such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc. Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team Performing inspections at random to assess product quality Skills Inspection, Quality control, Calipers, Micrometer, Blueprint, Visual, Visual inspection, Quality assurance, aerospace Top Skills Details Inspection,Quality control,Calipers,Micrometer,Blueprint,Visual,Visual inspection Additional Skills & Qualifications Analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents and manuals Knowledge of basic math and computer skills Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations Verbal and written communication skills Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Monte, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
