successful candidate will:

The successful applicant will provide project engineering
leadership for a team of engineers.
Assist the program manager in executing cost, technical and
Serve as a project leader responsible for establishing and
overseeing cost and schedule performance baselines.
Lead Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management for the project.
Drive daily execution of team based project tasks to ensure
technical, cost and schedules are met.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security
Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an
accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science,
mathematics, physics or chemistry.
Experience in developing and implementing integrated program
execution and management plans.
1+ years of experience overseeing the cost and schedule of an
engineering team in the design and development of a complex
Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel
at all organization levels including suppliers and customers
1+ years experience with risk, issue and opportunity project
Project engineering experience leading a software development
project leveraging an AGILE software development process.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Project leadership experience leading a multi-disciplined team in
managing the technical performance, cost and schedule for the
design and development of a complete end to end product development
Active Security clearance
Typical Education & Experience: E ducation/experience typically
acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and
typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD,
Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work
