Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

provide specialized support in educational settings. This role
involves working directly with students across various schools,
delivering targeted speech and language therapy to enhance
communication skills. The position requires flexibility in travel
to different school locations, ensuring comprehensive service
delivery throughout the district. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
speech and language assessments for students. Develop and implement
individualized therapy plans based on student needs. Collaborate
with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student
progress. Travel between multiple school sites to provide
consistent services. Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language
Pathology certification or licensure. Experience working within
school environments is preferred. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Ability to adapt to diverse student needs
and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Reliable
transportation to support travel requirements. Location:Wilmington,
Delaware, with travel to various school locations as needed. This
