We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team. As a part of the Marketing Department, you will primarily assist in driving agency communication initiatives across agency social channels, various industry mediums, and internal avenues as well. You will-- -help the team to conduct new business exploration and plan agency culture events. The ideal candidate is a looking to build on their early career in marketing and social media. This role would be-- -full time, on-site. The Marketing Associate role requires hands-on work in the following areas: Driving marketing initiatives for three separate agencies under the UNITED COLLECTIVE.Developing both internal and external communication materials for each agency.Plan social media posts in advance with a strategy; create aesthetic pages, advocate for each brand independentlyCreating proposals and presentations on new marketing opportunities.Helping to run social media accounts that-- -maintain a consistent-- -brand voice across all departments of the agency.Performing market research for innovation initiatives and new-- -business opportunities.Supporting the marketing team in day-to-day tasks,-- -leading meetings and providing consistent updates.Provide support on innovation initiative workflows.Identifying cultural opportunities and planning events to celebrate these opportunities.Assisting where-- -needed in projects and campaigns.Oversee assigned projects as they move through the pipeline to completion-- -
Prior experience 1+ years-- -in marketing or advertising role Excellent skills in the areas of communication-- - presentation-- - and analysis
-- -BS degree in Marketing or relevant field Social media savviness and ability to convey a message in a short form Organized and able to quickly address feedback-- - Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce quality content Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, KeyNote and Adobe Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision but operate as part of a healthy, high performing team Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused
