About the Marketing Supervisor Role:
You--------re a seasoned supervisor who has worked in the account management, media
sales and/or marketing disciplines at a creative agency/company. That not only
lives within a multi-screen world but one driven by experiences and is excited by
what is coming next to evolve how we communicate. You desire an agency and
clients that push the boundaries on where media, technology and entertainment all
intersect and how you can be integral to the creative that is at that intersection. This
desire makes you not wait for projects to be assigned but drives you to dig into the
agency--------s business to find new avenues for success and growth; including driving an
outbound new business pipeline to marketing and selling the agency (collective). A
successful Marketing Supervisor will work hard, be collaborative and proud of the
work they deliver. They must have a passion for the industry, intuitive awareness of
its evolution and excited by the opportunity to shape a new agency model. What We Want You To Do: Manage the agency--------s day-to-day new business initiatives, including an inbound and outbound pipeline and packaging RFI/RFP submissions.Manage marketing for the collective; including managing external PR resources.Work with internal stakeholders and teams through effective communication, problem solving and facilitating projects.Manage new business pitches; including overseeing pitch teams, forging strong prospect relationships and being able to package the agency.Acquire in-depth knowledge of key industries and client/brand--------s businesses -----" key issues, competitive, industry trends and be able to use the knowledge to develop business opportunities.Work collaboratively and cohesively with internal account, planning, social and creative teams and cross functional agencies.Manage the work and performance of team members (e.g. account executive) to have them successfully deliver their goals.Ability to successfully sell the agency vision both written and verbally.Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met; communicating and seeking
approval of any changes to these.
Strong core competency in successfully leading internal teams, developing strong external relationships that are based on earned respect and being able to develop/execute a wide range of innovative ideas and solutions.Ability to effectively communicate and sell the agency--------s vision to a range of internal and external teams, prospects and the industry trade.No fear of juggling multiple projects at any given time and being able to easily switch gears and adapt to an ever-changing workload.Strong attention to detail and time management.Flexible and able to solve problems. Resilient and positive in difficult situations.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Experience working with communications and strategic planning to inform client marketing strategies.Bachelor--------s degree.7+ years experience in a -------creatively driven----- - organization.
