Job Description:
An organization is seeking an Accountant - Accounts Payable &
Operations for remote work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute accounts payable tasks, including entering invoices,
supporting payment processing, and preparing journal entries
Support payroll processing and preparation of related documents
Assist with month-end closure responsibilities and other accounting
and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Prior experience with USAID and other international funders is a
plus
Intermediate level experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Suite
Fluency in English, with outstanding cross-cultural communication
skills
