ARG is partnered exclusively with a $50M service company in Westminster, CA in search of an Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in continued growth, acquisition integrations, and accelerated growth, while reporting directly to the CFO.

    Responsibilities:
    
    • Manage, oversee and mentor a team of 3-4 accounting members while leading GL accounting, Operations accounting, and preparing full financial statements.
    • Implement appropriate inventory internal controls and process improvements
    • Identify methods to optimize accounting processes and efficiencies.
    • Interact directly with the independent auditor's year end audit
    • Build KPI reporting and monthly management reporting
    • Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and monthly presentations to executive leadership team.

      Requirements:
      
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
      • Certified Public Accountant and/or MBA preferred
      • 6 - 9 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably a mix of public and private accounting with an emphasis on manufacturing.
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team or independently.
